Scott Cruz, Member in Clark Hill’s Labor and Employment group, will speak at the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association’s, Business Briefing, “Employer To-Do List,” on April 16, 2019 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Scott will discuss, among other topics, Illinois new employee reimbursement law, Illinois nursing mothers’ break time law, Illinois new minimum wage law obligations and various proposed legislation that, if enacted, will affect the workplace.
Scott Cruz focuses his practice on assisting employers in drafting employment policies, employment agreements, and non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. He also assists companies in enforcing their non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and helps protect their trade secrets, proprietary information, customer relationships, investments in talent, and other valuable assets.
