Jennifer J. Sackett Pohlenz, a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources group, was recently appointed to serve as a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s (ISBA) Environmental Law Section Council for 2019-2020. The Environmental Law Section Council serves over 27,000 members with a mission to promote networking and communication; encourage conversation on current environmental law topics; and educate non-environmental lawyers and members on environmental law matters that could affect their work.
Jennifer J. Sackett Pohlenz focuses her practice on helping people with strategic decisions related to the environment. From development projects, clean air and water concerns, renewable energy projects, to waste management, Jennifer advises clients as respects transactional, regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters.
