Gary E. Green and Richard H. Chapman will moderate and speak, respectively, at the 2019 Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Legal Forum, April 28-30, 2019. The Forum provides roundtable discussions and general sessions on key issues for attorneys serving the equipment leasing and finance industry, to provide updates on current legal issues that impact companies, such as inside and outside counsel, fraud, cybersecurity, privacy, and more. The three day conference also qualifies for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.
Gary E. Green will moderate the Internal/External Roundtable on April 28th and 29th. The roundtable will discuss how to make the relationship between in-house counsel and outside counsel better, by having open lines of communication, managing expectations and making sure clients know costs and benefits up front.
Richard H. Chapman will speak at the “Diversity and Inclusions: A Conversation About Us” panel breakout session on April 28th. The presentation will discuss overcoming the roadblocks to and the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the law firm and corporate counsel environments.
