Baker McKenzie is pleased to announce the hiring of JeanMarie Campbell as head of client development for North America. JeanMarie will lead the Business Development and Marketing function for the Firm’s 16 offices in the US, Canada and Mexico.
JeanMarie has 25+ years of experience in the legal industry and most recently held the positions of chief practice officer and managing director, clients at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (New York).
JeanMarie has extensive experience in driving client targeting initiatives by identifying cross-practice and cross-region opportunities, building and leading key client programs, including client listening, and strategizing with and coaching lawyers on their business development efforts.
The Firm recently announced that Wendy Bernero will serve as global chief marketing officer. Wendy previously served as head of client development for North America.

During her career, JeanMarie has served as a client relationship executive director at Ropes and Gray LLP, chief of staff/COO legal, General Counsel's Office at AllianceBernstein, LP, and global director of attorney development at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. She is also a former practicing transactional attorney and an executive coach.
