Cozen O'Connor issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.

Jeremy Glenn,  a member of Cozen O’Connor’s national Labor & Employment Practice and Office Managing Partner of the Chicago office, has been named a 2020 Client Choice winner by Lexology and the International Law Office (ILO) – in  the Illinois Employment and Benefits Law category.  This is the second time that Glenn has been honored with a Client Choice Award.

Established in 2005, the Client Choice Awards recognize attorneys for their outstanding client service.

The Client Choice survey is designed and conducted by the ILO and Lexology to poll only senior-level corporate counsel, with this year’s winners chosen from a  pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments.  Winners are recognized in Lexology’s annual Client Choice publication and were honored at the organization’s 2020 winner’s celebratory dinner February 6 in London.

As Chicago Office Managing Partner, Glenn oversees more than 50 attorneys and professional staff, and has helped facilitate the growth of the firm’s national labor and employment practice. With over 23 years’ experience, he has handled class action wage and hour overtime disputes and EEO class actions, has tried dozens of labor arbitrations, and has led collective bargaining negotiations for employers and employee associations covering thousands of employees.

Glenn has served as co-chair of the ABA Labor and Employment Sections’ federal labor Standards Legislation Committee, which is devoted to federal wage and hour laws. He speaks and writes on labor and employment issues for employer associations and national publications. Glenn was recently elected a Fellow in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. In 2019, he was also honored as a “GenX Leader in the Law” by Crain’s Chicago Business and as an “Up and Comer” by both Lawdragon/HRE and Chambers USA.

In addition, Glenn chairs the Board of Directors for Olive Branch Mission shelter, the oldest continuously operating emergency and transitional housing shelter in Chicago. He earned his J.D. with high distinction from The University of Iowa (1997) and his B.S.B.A. from Drake University (1994).
