Steven Bortnick, a partner in the Tax and Estates Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton, will be presenting at the Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Club on a variety of tax structuring topics that are critical for any private equity professional to understand. These include general tips and tricks on how to efficiently structure private equity deals, specific considerations for asset deals and partnership acquisitions, and the impact and implications of recent limits on interest deductibility. Steven will also be discussion recent taxation reform of carried interest.
