Neal Gerber Eisenberg Partner John J. Koenigsknecht has been elected President of the CommunityHealth Board of Directors. Koenigsknecht has been a member of the CommunityHealth board for over 10 years and has been actively involved on its Governance Committee. He most recently served as Vice President of the Board of Directors.
John, a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group, co-chairs the Cross-Border & International practice group and chairs the firm’s Marketing Committee. In addition, he is the Global Chair of the Interlaw Mergers and Acquisition Special Business Team and a member of the Interlaw Special Business Team Leadership Group.
