Holland & Knight issued the following announcement on Aug. 5.
Partners Jeff Seul, Tom Bentz, Courtney Worcester and Roger Lane will speak at the 2020 TechGC Board Governance Virtual Forum, a two-day event offering panel discussions on how general counsels can successfully work with a company's board of directors. Presentations will cover a variety of challenges faced in this role, from running meetings to managing conflicts of interest.
Mr. Seul will speak on the first day of the event. His panel is titled "How to do (Almost) Everything: Preparing for and Running a Board Meeting." Mr. Bentz, Ms. Worcester and Mr. Lane will all speak on the second day of the event. Mr. Bentz's panel is titled "The Ins and Outs of D&O Insurance," and Ms. Worcester and Mr. Lane will both speak on a panel titled "Managing Conflicts of Interest & 'Hard Cases.'"
