The article provided an in-depth look at how life insurance is defined, both judicially and for tax purposes, the different types of life insurance policies available, the income and transfer taxation of life insurance, how life insurance is frequently used, and how life insurance is valued.
The annual writing awards are given by the American Bar Association’s Probate & Property magazine in recognition of the top articles published by the magazine throughout the year.
