Greenberg Traurig issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced the elevation of Elliott K. Califf and Martin S. Kedziora to shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office.
“Elliott and Martin are talented attorneys who have demonstrated GT’s core values through their hard work and client dedication,” said Chicago Co-Managing Shareholders John F. Gibbons and Rita M. Alliss Powers in a joint statement. “We are proud of both of them and look forward to watching their continued success at the firm.”
Califf, a member of the Real Estate Practice, represents public and private institutions, national lenders and real estate investment funds in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, debt and equity financings, real estate development and joint venture formations.
Kedziora, a member of the Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on a range of complex litigation matters involving product liability with emphasis on medical devices, real estate litigation and commercial foreclosures, asset recovery and post-judgment proceedings, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 44 attorneys to shareholder and of counsel. In addition, the firm reported revenues of USD $1.73 billion for FY 2020, the seventh consecutive year of record revenue, and a 5.48% increase over the previous year.
