Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes Brian Anderson as Counsel to the firm’s national Intellectual Property Practice. He is based out of the Chicago office.
Anderson joins the firm’s Hatch-Waxman Litigation and Opinion practice. Having most recently served in intellectual property leadership positions at both a leading generic pharmaceutical company and a preeminent innovative biopharmaceutical and medical aesthetics company, Anderson brings with him significant experience and a unique perspective on navigating complex intellectual property and regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical and life sciences verticals.

Anderson has extensive experience litigating and advising on patent, trademark and trade secret actions, with a particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman/ANDA, medical device, biosimilar patent litigation in district courts across the country, as well as in the ITC, PTAB and EPO.

Anderson graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Pharmacy before earning his J.D., summa cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law.
