Robert Elworth has been appointed Vice Chair of the Amicus Committee of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. This committee works to identify important cases and recruits counsel to prepare amicus briefs so that the voice of IDC’s membership is heard on legal issues pending before the Illinois Supreme Court.
Elworth, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on the defense of insurance producer and insurance coverage litigation, as well as appellate practice. He has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media.
