Intellectual Property Group Welcomes New Associate

Barack Ferrazzano issued the following announcement on Aug. 30.

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Nicole Chimienti as the newest addition to the Intellectual Property Group. Nicole focuses her practice on a wide range of Intellectual Property counseling and enforcement, representing clients in international and domestic trademark and design patent portfolio management, enforcement of trademark rights before the TTAB, and prosecuting domestic trademark and design patent applications. She also has experience with copyright matters and design rights. Prior to joining BFKN, Nicole was an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, and a member of the firm's Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice and the Mechanical & Electromechanical Technology Practice.
