Greenfield focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He represents a wide range of clients, including developers, lenders, REITs, real estate funds, private equity firms, pension funds, and other institutional investors. Combining his diverse skill set with real-time real estate and private equity intelligence, Greenfield has successfully closed transactions across 9 countries, and 49 states, the District of Columbia, the Virgin Islands as well as Puerto Rico. Greenfield has helped grow and develop the real estate practice substantially—a practice that has now almost tripled in size since his leadership began seven years ago.
Hansen focuses her career on assisting clients who are developing raw land or underutilized properties and transforming them into thriving locations. Her knowledge and experience in working on the front lines of development projects translates into valuable insight for both developer and lender clients. Hansen routinely represents clients with purchase and sale transactions, in multiple states in a variety of sectors, including office, industrial, healthcare, and retail. Since 2017, Hansen has assisted with all strategic planning, staffing, recruiting, marketing and associate development for the Real Estate practice group.
As Division Chair and Practice Chair, Greenfield and Hansen lead Polsinelli’s robust Real Estate Practice as it experiences solid growth across the nation.
