Schiff Hardin LLP is pleased to announce that for the 12th year in a row the firm has earned a perfect 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and the distinction as a 2022 “Best Place to Work for LGTBQ+ Equality.”
“Schiff’s continuous recognition illustrates our long-term commitment and policy of inclusion to create an environment where all attorneys and staff can thrive as their authentic selves,” said Thomas K. Juffernbruch, chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ Diversity Subcommittee.
The CEI is a benchmarking survey and report that measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The survey uses detailed criteria falling under four central pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and, corporate social responsibility.
