Tammy Banasek and LaDonna Boeckman will be two of the featured speakers at the Chicago Dental Society’s annual Midwinter Meeting. They will be discussing sexual harassment prevention in the practice of dentistry. Banasek, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on complex medical, dental, and nursing home issues, as well as professional liability matters. She is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-Rated Attorney and has been awarded a Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by Jury Verdict Reporter. She regularly speaks and publishes in the areas of medical, professional, and general liability.
Boeckman, an associate in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on the defense of medical and dental professionals, as well as healthcare law and premises liability matters. She has been named to Best Lawyers’ list of Ones to Watch, and has previously been awarded a Jury Verdict Reporter Trial Lawyer Excellence Award for an outstanding defense verdict in a dental malpractice matter.
