The BTI Client Service A-Team report, published by BTI Consulting Group, is based on objective feedback from corporate counsel and more than 350 in-depth interviews to determine which firms top the charts for client service. Top legal decision makers define 17 categories of client service they use to select and evaluate outside counsel. Firms that received top scores across the board comprise the elite BTI Client Service 30. Less than 5 percent of the firms – the “best of the best” – are ranked among the top 30.
