On May 6, Amy Johnson will be one of the featured speakers at the annual meeting of the American Association of Insurance Management Consultants. Johnson’s session, entitled “The Claim File: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly,” will include a discussion of what’s in a claim file and what to look for in one, as well as documentation protocols and standards.
Johnson, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on insurance law, personal injury, and property damage, as well as cybersecurity and appellate law. She has 20 years of experience mitigating risk on coverage issues and high exposure or bad faith claims, including a successful appeal record.
