Please join us for our 40th Inside the Beltway session on Thursday, May 19, 2022. Inside the Beltway is Faegre Drinker’s quarterly series of complimentary presentations on developments in Washington, D.C., that directly affect our industry.
During this session of Inside the Beltway, we will cover developments in legislation, new guidance from the DOL, a recent Supreme Court decision, and the SEC’s Examination Priorities:
- Fred Reish and Brad Campbell will share their thoughts on the movement of the SECURE Act 2.0 through Congress.
- Brad and Fred will also describe and comment on recent DOL guidance on plan investments in cryptocurrencies and private equity.
