Morgan Lewis partners Ami Wynne and Pulina Whitaker have been featured by International Employment Lawyer (IEL) in its inaugural Women Leaders survey. The list recognizes leading female partners practicing labor and employment law worldwide. The publication profiled Ami and Pulina’s work in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including investigations and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
In an interview with IEL, Pulina said that she has always been interested in people: “Being an employment lawyer allows me to have an insight into people’s issues in the workplace and what motivates them to do what they do at work.” Ami told IEL, “I enjoy that my job centers on helping to solve ‘people problems.’ My practice involves finding ways to proactively address concerns and avoid disputes as much as it does investigating and resolving them.”
