Suzanne Saxman, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, will serve as a panelist for "State of Middle Market M&A in the US" at the Mergers Alliance Chicago Conference on September 29, 2022.
Going into the last quarter of 2022, the panel will discuss the many challenges that dealmakers continue to navigate through such as widespread inflation, supply chain issues, labor shortages, rising interest rates, and stock market volatility.
