Lindsay Drecoll and Bernadett DeLise served as guest speakers at WASTECON, SWANA's Leadership Executive Summit, presenting to renewable energy, recycling, manufacturing and waste industry professionals on post-accident investigation, evidence preservation and best practices with respect to data harvesting from commercial vehicles. Ms. Drecoll and Ms. DeLise delivered two catalyst sessions at the conference's safety summit, titled: "Getting Your Truck Back on the Road and Avoiding Spoliation Claims" and " A Lawyer's Perspective on Post- Accident Investigation Do's and Dont's."
