Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that it has appointed new leadership in four of the firm’s offices.
Effective April 1, the following attorneys will serve as office managing partners for their respective locations:

Blue Bell: Colin D. Dougherty
Los Angeles: Darrell D. Miller
Princeton: Vincent A. Vietti

Muskett, Dougherty, Miller and Vietti succeed Eric M. Wood (Atlantic City), Andrew Santana (Blue Bell), Emily Yukich (Los Angeles) and Gerard P. Norton (Princeton). These changes are part of a normal rotation cycle within the firm.
Muskett, also co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability & Mass Torts Group, has an extensive litigation practice that encompasses pharmaceutical, mass tort and product litigation, as well as employment disputes. She is also well-versed in handling labor and employment law matters. Muskett co-chairs of the firm’s nationwide Women’s Initiative.
Dougherty is an experienced litigator who handles a range of employment and complex commercial disputes for clients across the United States. He regularly represents clients in the telecommunications, staffing, construction, insurance, cable/satellite television, energy and health care industries in a wide array of litigation matters, including class action defense, wage and hour litigation, insurance disputes, TCPA litigation, ERISA claims and litigation, health care litigation and construction law.
Miller is the Founding Chair of the firm’s nationwide Entertainment & Sports Law Department. A prominent entertainment lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, he focuses his practice on transactional law with an emphasis on the motion picture, television, music, theater and multimedia industries. His clients include diverse and visionary individuals and entities, reflecting his commitment to developing multimedia opportunities within the convergent climate of today's entertainment industry.
An experienced corporate lawyer, Vietti also co-chairs of the firm’s Public Companies Practice. He regularly handles matters pertaining to federal and state securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate control transaction and general corporate and commercial matters.
