Neal Gerber Eisenberg is pleased to share that for a sixth consecutive year the firm has earned recognition in the category “Energy: Mining & Metals (Transactional)” in the 2023 Chambers Global guide. Partners David S. Stone and John J. Koenigsknecht, co-chairs of the firm’s Cross-Border & International practice group, lead the effort. Koenigsknecht is also the chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group.

In 2022, the firm was one of seven to receive a Band 1 ranking by Chambers in the “Energy: Mining & Metals (Transactional)” category. This year, Neal Gerber Eisenberg was once again awarded a Band 1 ranking, making the firm one of only 7 in the United States to receive this recognition.

Chambers remarks that the NGE team "understand the mining and resources space well and give great advice." John Koenigsknecht "is very practical, understands the material and subject matter well and is easy to work with." David Stone "has a keen commercial sense and ability to focus on the key issues."
