About La Voi’s practice

Prior to joining BakerHostetler, La Voi was general counsel, Commercial Legal and Business Affairs, Americas for WPP, one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing agencies. As GC, she oversaw commercial, legal and business affairs for all of WPP’s content, health, tech, consulting and public relations agencies in the Americas. La Voi’s capabilities include sophisticated transaction and negotiating experience along with advertising clearance and compliance, sweepstakes and promotions, dispute resolution, adtech, and high-stakes regulatory responses (SEC, DOJ, FTC and state attorneys general). Other in-house experience includes leadership positions at Publicis Groupe, McDonald’s Corporation and Hyatt Hotels. Prior to law school, La Voi worked as an ad agency account executive and voice-over talent. Her solid reputation for commercial negotiations further strengthens the AMDM team, particularly in the representation of agencies, their clients and others in the advertising ecosystem.

La Voi received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison her MBA from DePaul Kellstadt School of Business and her J.D. from DePaul University.
