Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced today that the Sixth Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Michael B. Baggett as an associate judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Baggett received his undergraduate degree in 2004 from the University of Tennessee in Martin, Tennessee and his Juris Doctor in 2008 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Mr. Baggett is currently affiliated with the Macon County State’s Attorney’s Office in Decatur, Illinois.
