CHICAGO – A driver has filed an injury lawsuit, alleging that she was injured in a motor vehicle collision in the Village of Niles, Illinois.

Plaintiff Aiyesha Moeen filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court against defendant Nicholas Baffa, citing allegations of negligence.

According to court documents, the complaint relates to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on August 4, 2023, in the Village of Niles, Illinois.
