CHICAGO – A driver has filed an injury lawsuit, alleging that another driver crashed into her while making a left turn at the intersection of West 53rd Street and South California Avenue in Chicago.
Plaintiff Marlene Torres filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court against defendant Efren Cornejo, citing allegations of negligence.
According to court documents, the complaint relates to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on May 24, 2022, at the intersection of West 53rd Street and South California Avenue in Chicago.
