Long committed to pro bono work, Vorobiev represents victims of domestic violence, as well as nonprofit organizations that provide assistance to underserved communities in the Chicago area. Recently, she has donated her time to organizations that are dedicated to promoting more livable and sustainable urban communities. Vorobiev also provides pro bono employment counsel to the Center for Neighborhood Technology and Elevate Energy.

Vorobiev serves on a number of professional and community boards.
