CHICAGO – A driver has filed a negligence lawsuit claiming that he was injured when another driver ran a red light and crashed into him at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Eberly Avenue in Brookfield.
Plaintiff Brian Boyce filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court against defendant Delmariay D. Ford, citing allegations of negligence.
According to court documents, the complaint relates to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on November 28, 2021, at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Eberly Avenue in Brookfield. Boyce claims that he was traveling eastbound on Ogden Avenue when Ford, who was traveling northbound on Eberly Avenue, ran a red light at the intersection and collided with his vehicle.

Boyce claims that he sustained severe injuries during the accident and is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 plus court costs.
