CHICAGO – A mother and daughter have filed a negligence lawsuit against a driver, claiming that they were seriously injured in a rear-end collision at the intersection of West 95th Street near the intersection with Mozart Street in Chicago.
According to court documents filed in the Cook County Circuit Court, on Feb. 8, 2022, the plaintiffs, Karul Scott and her daughter Raina Cunningham, were traveling in a vehicle on West 95th Street near the intersection with Mozart Street in Chicago. They were stopped at the intersection when the defendant, Jennifer L. Alavidze, suddenly crashed into them from behind.
