Jennifer’s practice involves representing clients in a variety of real estate matters, including leasing, acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties, as well as managing other complex real estate transactions.

Chris focuses his practice on real estate and land use litigation, primarily representing energy companies in right-of-way acquisition and enforcement, and infrastructure protection litigation. He also has extensive experience in commercial, environmental, construction and tort litigation. Chris has significant hands-on experience managing all phases of litigation, including initial case intake and evaluation, discovery, preparing fact and expert witnesses, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, motions practice, arguing in open court, trial and alternative dispute resolution.

Jamie represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Ryan has experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, equity financings and debt transactions. Most of Ryan’s work focuses on private equity firms and their portfolio companies and has included funds targeting the automotive, chemical and logistics industries. He also advises clients on general business law matters.
