Saul Ewing LLP announced today that it has elected partner Adam S. Fayne to the Firm’s nine-member Executive Committee. Mr. Fayne will serve a five- year term, beginning on January 21, 2024.
Mr. Fayne’s practice focuses on assisting companies and individuals, nationally and internationally, on corporate and tax issues. As a corporate attorney, he routinely advises management or in-house general counsel on various legal matters affecting their day-to-day corporate activities. Mr. Fayne currently serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s Transactional Department and Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law practice.

Mr. Fayne earned his J.D., with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and his undergraduate degree from University of Arizona.
