Brian is a seasoned finance professional specializing in representing lender and borrowers across a spectrum of domestic and cross-border financing and restructuring transactions.Brian has experience representing private equity sponsors and other borrowers in connection with leveraged buyout financings for acquisitions, recapitalizations and portfolio restructuring transactions. He also has experience representing commercial banks and various financial institutions with syndicated senior secured debt financing, asset-based financing, acquisition financing, and trade receivables securitization.Brian earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, his M.B.A from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
