According to the complaint filed in Cook County Circuit Court, on March 26, 2022, plaintiff Taylor Watts was driving eastbound on North Avenue at or near its intersection with Hoyne Avenue in Chicago when defendant Hussein Haji, who was also traveling on North Avenue in the same direction, attempted to make a U-turn maneuver and collided with her vehicle.
