Troutman Pepper continues to perform well in the industry league tables, reflecting the total volume and value of private equity, M&A, and venture capital deals closed in 2023. The firm advised in more than 130 deals totaling nearly $10 billion.
“Despite being one of the slowest years in recent deal activity for the industry, our firm continued to help clients succeed in their mission critical deals,” said Partner Matt Greenberg, who leads the firm’s Corporate practice. “Many are predicting 2024 to bring a slight rebound in dealmaking, and our team already is seeing that play out.”
