Greenberg Traurig Elevates Seven Attorneys in Chicago Office

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced the elevation of Kyle C. Lennox, Ashley M. Montalbano, Ariel N. Murray, Kevin J. Quilty, David S. Repking, and Natalie F. Wayne to shareholder and Tiffany M. Andras to of counsel in its Chicago office.

Lennox, a member of the Franchise & Distribution Practice, focuses his practice on franchising, licensing, distribution, and general corporate matters. He helps clients structure their franchise programs to meet their short- and long-term goals and assists clients with purchasing and selling franchise systems through mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on federal and state franchise laws and regulations, including franchise compliance and exemption strategies.

Montalbano, a member of the Real Estate Practice, focuses her practice on general real estate matters. She represents commercial real estate investors, funds, operators, and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, and joint ventures across a full range of property classes.

Murray, a member of the Real Estate Practice, represents public and private institutions and real estate investment funds in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions in all asset classes, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, and joint ventures.

Quilty, a member of the Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on complex business disputes and class action defense work. He concentrates in the areas of business fraud, consumer class actions, data privacy law, and contractual disputes. He practices in both state and federal courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.

Repking, a member of the Litigation Practice, focuses on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, including complex business litigation, financial services litigation, securities litigation, and real estate litigation. He regularly represents financial institutions in state and federal court on various matters and broker-dealers in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrations. His litigation experience also includes handling matters related to the False Claims Act and representing companies and individuals subject to government investigations and litigation.

Wayne, a member of the Litigation Practice, represents corporations and individuals in complex federal white collar and regulatory defense and internal investigations, as well as in complex litigation in federal and state courts. Her white collar and investigations practice spans a wide range of sectors and subject areas. She advises clients in matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA), fraud, and consumer protection. Her civil litigation practice involves matters related to business disputes, FCA, qui tam, mass torts, and antitrust issues.

Andras, a member of the Litigation Practice, represents clients in a wide range of complex matters in various federal jurisdictions and in multidistrict litigation. She is experienced in virtually all aspects of pre-trial litigation in class actions, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act environmental litigation, products liability, fraud, general commercial contract disputes, and defending clients against claims brought under various federal statutes. She has worked with clients facing enforcement action by federal regulatory agencies, helping companies navigate responding to requests for information and preparing for meetings and interviews with federal regulators. She has also worked with clients facing ongoing civil investigations by the Department of Justice under the False Claims Act.

Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 60 attorneys to shareholder and of counsel. In addition, the firm reported a historic $2.3 billion in revenue for FY 2023, a 6% increase over the previous year and the tenth consecutive year of record revenue.
