Vedder Price is pleased to announce it represented Crestone Air Partners, a full-service aviation asset management platform, in the acquisition of 11 Boeing 757-300 aircraft.
This transaction was funded with equity from Crestone and Atalaya Capital Management, an existing joint venture partner since 2021.
