These trademarks and copyrights are covered by numerous U.S. Trademark Registration Numbers and Copyright Registration Numbers.
The plaintiff seeks injunctive relief from the court due to irreparable damage through consumer confusion, dilution, and tarnishment of their valuable trademarks and copyrights as a result of defendants’ actions.
