May Raun blames Norfolk Southern Railway Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company for Negligence

In the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, a lawsuit has been filed by May Raun as the special administrator of the estate of Cimei Liao against Norfolk Southern Railway Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company.
