“Permanent Change of Station (“PCS”) moves are incredibly stressful for military families. Moving brings a whole set of new challenges for military spouses, such as attorneys, with certificates and licenses tied to specific states,” said Jenny Dancy, senior counsel at Tressler. “At this time, my family is in the process of PCSing from Great Lakes Navy Base to Guam for our final move prior to my husband’s retirement from the Navy.”
Jenny Dancy has been a military spouse for thirteen years. During this time, her husband, Zac Dancy, has been stationed in Washington D.C.; Point Loma, CA; North Island, CA; Dallas, TX and Great Lakes, IL.
“I am incredibly grateful for the ongoing support and flexibility shown by the Tressler Family as we pack up and relocate thousands of miles away,” said Jenny Dancy. “I look forward to continuing serving our wonderful clients across the country.”
“At Tressler, we are acutely aware that military spouses and children share the burden when it comes to the demands placed on our servicemembers to ensure the security of our nation,” said Mark Banovetz, Executive Committee Member at Tressler. “We treat our employed military spouses as though they are servicemembers themselves – and we strive to provide whatever flexibility is required to accommodate them and support their families and their careers. Memorial Day is an important reminder of the sacrifices that are made on our behalf by our country’s servicemembers and their families, and the importance of supporting and sustaining the careers of our military spouses with creative and flexible employment solutions.”
