BFKN Associate Invited to Participate in National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges’ 2024 Next Generation Program

We are pleased to announce that Alexander F. Berk will participate in National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ)’s 2024 Next Generation (NextGen) Program which will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Downtown in Seattle, Washington. The NCBJ invited participants who demonstrated a commitment to the educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that benefit the public, the bankruptcy bar, and the court system. Alex's excellent reputation and hard work earned him a selection among some distinguished individuals.

Alex is an exceptional attorney with myriad experience in commercial insolvency and bankruptcy practice. He also dedicates considerable time and effort to charitable and educational endeavors that enhance our local legal community and bar. As such, Alex is a perfect participant for the NextGen Program.
