We are excited to announce that Rebecca Bush has joined us as a partner and leader of the firm’s new Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation & Tax Service Group in our Milwaukee office. In her 18 years of practicing law Rebecca has served a variety of employers across different industries and has become the go-to counsel for employers navigating the complexities of employee benefits. Most recently Rebecca served as in-house counsel for a fintech TPA.
As the chair of the Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation & Tax Service Group, Rebecca leads a multi-disciplinary team helping employers navigate the regulatory framework involved in the design and administration of employee benefit and executive compensation plans. They also counsel on structuring compensation packages and incentive programs to maximize tax efficiency and minimize liability for employers. In addition to counseling employers, they also defend clients involved in litigation arising out of alleged violations of benefit laws, including ERSIA violations, breach of fiduciary duty, denial of benefits and discrimination in benefit plan administration.
