Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP recently welcomed two lateral attorneys, including one partner and one associate, to its Chicago office.
Partner Robert E. Elworth joins the firm’s Chicago office and focuses on appellate practice and the defense of insurance producer errors and omissions claims. He received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 1992. He has briefed more than 50 appellate cases in the Illinois Supreme and Appellate Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the Nebraska Court of Appeals.
Associate Alexander G. Blalock focuses his practice on product liability, toxic tort, and premises liability, primarily asbestos litigation. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Alec gained experience working in various areas of law, including personal injury and family law.
