Orlando Senior Associate Chip Gray Honored with Veteran Leadership Award

Chip Gray Senior Associate | Nelson Mullins

Profiles in Diversity Journal has designated Nelson Mullins senior associate Chip Gray with a 2024 Veteran Leadership award. The award showcases and honors military veteran leaders who dedicated a portion of their lives to serving the United States of America. Chip is an associate with the Corporate Group based out of the Orlando office.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins in May 2018, he was an officer in the United States Army Special Forces (Green Berets) where he commanded Operational Detachment Alpha 2335. Prior to joining Special Forces, Chip was an infantry platoon leader in the 82nd Airborne Division and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Chip is also on the board for a local charitable organization called the Special Operations Foundation, which raises money and awareness for local veteran issues and supports the Green Beret Foundation and the Night Stalker Association.

He advises private clients in a broad range of general corporate transactional matters. He focuses his practice on middle market transactions for both buy- and sell- side clients across several industries.
