DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Richard Chesley, the firm’s global managing partner and co-US managing partner, has received a 2024 Restructuring Leader Award from Global M&A Network. Chesley is the former co-chair of DLA Piper’s US and Global Restructuring practices.
The award was presented as part of M&A Network’s annual Turnaround Atlas Awards, which recognize impactful transactions, firms, professionals and leaders in the restructuring, insolvency and distressed investing communities.
Chesley’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring transactions (both in and out of court), distressed acquisitions, and corporate governance and advice, both in the US and globally.
