Securities Enforcement Defense Team Chair Jessica Magee will participate in a presentation titled "The Impact of AI on Securities Enforcement, Regulation, Compliance and Practice" at the 2024 Securities Enforcement Forum Central Conference, a one-day event uniting hundreds of senior U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officials, attorneys and professionals in the field. The forum will feature a Keynote Q&A with Tina Diamantopoulos, the new director for the SEC's Chicago Regional Office, along with eight other panels. Ms. Magee's panel will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the game for the securities industry, breaking down this emerging technology's implications for government enforcement and regulations as well as corporate compliance.
