Davidson will participate in a panel discussion, “State and Federal Legislative Update: The Impact, Trends and What to Expect in 2025,” at 9 a.m. The discussion will cover the current federal landscape and how it affects state laws, policies, and legislation; and upcoming legislation and how to prepare for potential changes.
Davidson also will participate in a roundtable discussion titled “The Brave New World: NLRB’s Long Arm Reach into Non-Union workplaces and Expanding Labor Units” at 3:55 p.m.
