Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is pleased to welcome new associates Brooke M. Behler, Paris O. Booker, E. Tripp Burton, Ariana L. Devereaux, Olivia E. Duggins, Brittany C. Dushman, and Meredith H. Green to the firm. All these individuals were sworn in as members of the Illinois Bar and Missouri Bar in 2024. They previously participated in the firm’s innovative summer associate internship program in 2023.
Brooke M. Behler is an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office. She assists various professionals in resolving malpractice and liability disputes. Brooke also works with corporations and insurance groups to efficiently resolve cases involving product liability, toxic torts, and other general disputes. She received her J.D. in 2024 from Washington University School of Law and her B.S. in 2021 from Florida State University.
Paris O. Booker is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. She concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and business disputes, intellectual property and transactional services, and entertainment and media law. She received her J.D. in 2024 from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.A. in 2018 from Valparaiso University.
E.Tripp Burton is an associate at the firm's Chicago office. He focuses his practice on general civil litigation, which includes business and commercial disputes, professional malpractice, and product liability. He received his J.D. in 2024 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A. and B.B.A. in 2021 from Emory University.
Ariana L. Devereaux is an associate in the firm's Chicago office. Since joining the firm, she has worked across various practice areas, with a significant focus on medical negligence and commercial matters. She received her J.D. in 2024 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. in 2021 from the University of Iowa.
Olivia E. Duggins is an associate at the firm's Chicago office, where she focuses on general litigation. Her practice encompasses various areas, including product liability, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice. She received her J.D. in 2024 from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.S. in 2021 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Brittany C. Dushman is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. She practices general litigation and concentrates her practice in commercial disputes, product liability actions, and class actions. Brittany also defends lawyers and professionals in professional malpractice actions. She received her J.D. in 2024 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.S. in 2020 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Meredith H. Green is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office. She is a member of the Medical Negligence and Healthcare Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, product liability, and commercial and business disputes. She received her J.D. in 2024 from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.S. in 2018 from Marquette University.
Our program is designed to allow the summer associates to explore different practice areas, interface with associates and partners in a collaborative environment, attend hearings and depositions, and further develop their skills in advance of a career in law. In addition, the program plans a series of social events around the city to allow the Summer Associates an opportunity to get to know the culture of Swanson Martin & Bell outside of the office.
