Dinsmore Announces 16 Partner Promotions, New Board Members and Department Leaders

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of 16 attorneys to partnership, effective January 1, 2025. In addition to these well-earned advancements, the Firm has appointed five new members to its Board of Directors and named a new department chair, further strengthening its leadership team. These promotions and appointments reflect Dinsmore’s ongoing commitment to recognizing talent, creating pathways to growth and positioning the Firm for continued success across its nationwide footprint.

Partners elected to the Board of Directors include: Stacey Borowicz (Columbus), Joseph Tucker (Louisville), Michael “Misha” Rabinowitch (Indianapolis) and Michael Paul (Denver).

Erin Sutton, a partner in the Firm’s Columbus office, assumes the Finance department chair role and earns a seat on the Board.
